Routine Physicochemical Testing

Net content, water activity, total solids, soluble solids, sodium chloride, starch, protein, fat, moisture, vitamins, sodium nitrite, etc.

Ponceau 4R (carmine), Tartrazine (depending on the specific color of the product), Dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as Dehydroacetic acid), Benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as Benzoic acid), Sodium saccharin (calculated as Saccharin), Sodium cyclamate (calculated as Cyclohexyl sulfamic acid), Aspartame, Sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as Sorbic acid), etc.

Drug Residue Analysis

Using our food contaminant and residue testing solutions, we can identify and quantitatively analyze pesticide and veterinary drug residues (covering all common types of drugs) in the raw materials and finished products of canned foods.
