Sales Manager - Food Business Development

Job Description

We are looking for sales managers who can actively promote the sales of research products and services in the food field.
We offer an extensive portfolio of dietary solutions, featuring breakthrough probiotic products, cutting-edge therapeutic foods, and targeted nutrition lines for both women and men, all supported by our expertise in advanced nutrient fortification and innovative resource foods.
Candidates with no work experience are welcomed.

Drive the sales of food sector related products and the completion of service projects.
Measure the productivity of sales personnel to ensure the effective implementation of the established strategy.
Identify, nurture and respond to opportunities for new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Eliminate and eliminate problems that hinder sales operation plan and project implementation plan.
Effectively coordinate sales operation activities with other functional departments, including service, consulting and market analysis, as required.
Cross functional collaboration to properly utilize internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.

Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
Candidates with expertise in dietary supplement analysis and research, particularly those who have participated in relevant experiments or projects, are highly preferred.
With great potential for success in selling products and services in the food field and promotion of project completion.
Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit, cooperative behavior and excellent negotiation skills.
With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
Proficient in teamwork environment.
