Program Director - Food Nutrition/Science/Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking project directors to spearhead our R&D teams, concentrating on innovative OEM & ODM services for various types of dietary supplements.
Our research directions include, but are not limited to: OEM & ODM services for probiotic tablets, therapeutic food tablets, and nutritional fortification foods, as well as new resource foods tablets.
In order to successfully provide high-quality services to our customers, candidates should have relevant food project experience as well as familiarity with the food research and development process.

Lead and manage the research team to design and execute projects focused on OEM & ODM services for dietary supplements tablets, as well as coordinate packaging design services for dietary supplements to effectively meet and exceed customer needs.
Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection according to all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards and form project reports.
Promote project progress and control project cycle to ensure timely delivery of results required by customers without affecting quality.

Ph.D. in food science and engineering, bioengineering and other related majors is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields can also be considered.
Capable of planning, performing, and troubleshooting scientific experiments with expertise and efficiency.
Excellent ability to find and solve problems, and promote project development.
Proficient in communication and written expression.
