Introduction Xylanase can efficiently catalyze the hydrolysis of xylan in plants into low molecular substances such as oligosaccharides and xylose. This product contains β-1,4-xylanase and β-xylosidase, and also contains part of β-1,4-xylanase, β-xylosidase, and α-D-glucuronidase.
Applications Used in the production of gluconic acid; used in flour improvement to enhance the structure of gluten network and whitening of flour; used in wine and beer brewing to prevent oxidation and contamination by stray bacteria.
