Introduction Lactobacillus Paracaseiis a Gram-positive, parthenogenically heterogeneous fermenting lactic acid bacterium that operates by commensalism. It helps to increase the number of beneficial bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the intestinal tract , while reducing harmful bacteria such as inhibiting H. pylori infections.
Applications This product can be used in the production of fermented foods, as well as in functional foods such as beverages, confectionery, yogurt, etc., and in the formulation of nutritional supplements and nutraceuticals.
