Introduction Glucose Oxidase is produced by deep fermentation with Aspergillus niger, purified, formulated and dried, and it specifically catalyzes the formation of β-D-glucose into gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of oxygen.
Applications It can be used in the processing of alcohol, white wine, beer, organic acid, edible vinegar, starch, etc., to promote the raw materials for saccharification.
